Delivery & Returns
Delivery
- We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only.
- Delivery costs a flat rate per order, however many items you buy.
- Everything is 3D printed to order, so your parcel is dispatched within 3–5 days of your order.
- Once dispatched, delivery times depend on the courier. If your order hasn’t arrived when you expected it, please get in touch and we’ll look into it.
- If anything arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as you can with a photo of the item and the packaging, and we’ll put it right.
Cancelling and returning an order
Because you’re buying online, you have the right to change your mind. You can cancel for any reason within 14 days of receiving your goods.
- To cancel, email us at sales@tiffanytwisted.co.uk within those 14 days with your name and order details. A simple message is enough.
- You then have 14 days to send the item back to the address below. Please use a tracked service and keep proof of postage, as the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us.
- You pay the cost of returning the item if you’ve simply changed your mind.
- Please return items unused and in their original condition. We may reduce your refund if the item has lost value because it was handled more than needed to check it.
- We refund the price of the goods plus the standard delivery charge you paid, within 14 days of receiving the item back (or of you providing proof of postage). Refunds go to your original payment method and can take a few working days to show in your account.

Faulty or not as described
If something is faulty, damaged, or not as described, your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply. In short, you can reject faulty goods within 30 days for a full refund, and after that you’re entitled to a repair or replacement. If an item is faulty we’ll pay for it to be returned. Please email us and we’ll sort it out quickly.
A note on handmade items
Each piece is printed individually. Small differences in colour, surface texture and fine layer lines between photos and your item are normal, and aren’t a fault.
