Privacy

This page explains what personal information Tiffany Twisted collects when you visit this website or buy from us, what we do with it, and what your rights are. We collect very little, so it’s short.

Who we are

Tiffany Twisted, 6 Simons Close, Donington on Bain, Louth, LN11 9TX. We are the “data controller” for the information described here, which means we are responsible for looking after it. Contact us at sales@tiffanytwisted.co.uk.

What we collect, and why

There are no customer accounts and no mailing list, and we don’t use your information for marketing.

Who we share it with

We never sell your information.

How long we keep it

We keep order and payment records for as long as the law requires for tax and accounting purposes, which is generally around six years. We keep emails only as long as we need to deal with your enquiry and any follow-up.

Cookies and your basket

We don’t use tracking or advertising cookies. To remember what’s in your basket as you move between pages, the site saves it in your browser’s local storage on your own device. This is needed for the basket to work, it isn’t sent to us, and it’s cleared when you complete an order. You can also clear it at any time in your browser settings. Stripe’s checkout page is run by Stripe and may set its own cookies for security and fraud prevention.

Other services on this site

The lettering on this site is stored on our own site, so your browser doesn’t contact Google or any other font service. Our host, Cloudflare, handles requests to the site, including your IP address, in order to deliver it. Cloudflare and Stripe may process information outside the UK, using the safeguards that UK law requires.

Your rights

You can ask us to give you a copy of the information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it (where we’re not legally required to keep it), to restrict how we use it, or to stop using it where we rely on our own legitimate interests. You can also ask for it in a portable format. Email us and we’ll respond within one month.

Complaints

We’d like the chance to put things right first, so please contact us. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (the UK data protection regulator) at ico.org.uk.

Changes to this page

If we change how we use your information, we’ll update this page. Last updated: 7 October 2026.
